My account underwent complete verification, allowing me to add funds. However, after a successful trade, the funds were frozen, and the server was shut down. I could not operate my account or withdraw my funds. I contacted support, but they began making excuses, and there was no way to pursue any legal action, resulting in all my efforts being in vain.
